Biochemical detection refers to the detection of a sample by biological or chemical means. It is mainly used to determine biochemical indicators such as enzymes, sugars, lipids, proteins and non-protein nitrogens, inorganic elements, and diagnostic methods for body function indicators.
Common biochemical tests can be divided into two categories: enzyme activity detection, substrate or product detection. Common detection indicators can be divided into several categories: oxidation and antioxidant series, nitrogen metabolism series, sugar metabolism series, liver and kidney function series.

Sample request

    1.The customer is required to provide fresh or well-preserved samples to be tested, preferably liquid samples (cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenate, serum, plasma, urine, pleural effusion, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.);

a) Cell culture supernatant: The precipitate was removed by centrifugation and the supernatant was collected.

b) Serum: The blood is naturally coagulated at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, centrifuged for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm), and the supernatant is collected. If there is a sediment, it should be centrifuged again.

c) Plasma: EDTA, sodium citrate or heparin should be selected as anticoagulant according to the requirements of the kit. Add 10% (v/v) anticoagulant (0.1M sodium citrate or 1% heparin or 2.0% EDTA.Na2). After mixing for 10-20 minutes, centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 rpm), and collect the supernatant. If there is a sediment, it should be centrifuged again.

d) Tissue homogenization: It is recommended to grind liquid nitrogen and add protease inhibitors.

e) Cell homogenate: Protease inhibitors are recommended.

    2.The customer needs to provide detailed information about the sample to be tested: such as species source, sample type, etc.

    2.The customer shall be responsible for the materials and information provided, such as delays or economic losses caused by inaccurate materials and information provided by the customer.

    3.We guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of the experimental results, but due to the uncertainty of the results of scientific experiments, we do not promise whether the experimental results are in line with expectations.
